DevOps – Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Because Antidot operates its own SaaS solutions, we are strong believers in the DevOps and Continuous Delivery strategies. Our Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) develop and operate software that automate system admin tasks.

Tasks

  • Within an agile team, you contribute to developing the infrastructure that is used to operate Antidot’s software solutions, and to keeping it up-and-running.
  • You share Antidot’s philosophy that anything that can be automated, should be automated. You use state of the art technologies for software development, configuration management, and deployment. You are curious, continuously looking at new technologies, and not afraid to make suggestions.
  • You provide to developers all the information they need to understand how to use the infrastructure. You work closely with product engineering teams to improve the operability of solutions.

Challenges

  • Do everything you can to have nothing to do! If needed, spend 3x more time but make sure you won’t have to do it again.

C++ Developer

Full Stack Developer

You will be part of the Documentation team. The team is in charge of designing User Guides, Installation Guides, Release Notes, Training materials and Translations.

As part of the Documentation team, the Technical Writer is responsible for:

  • Creating self-explanatory outbound documentation (User Manual, Release Notes) to ease the operations of Fluid Topics users.
  • Interface with R&D experts to understand how to maximize the use and efficiency of Fluid Topics.
  • Interface with Product Owners to position solution features into technical advantage and business selling point.

Essential required skill set and experience

  • Degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications from University Rennes 2, University Paris Diderot, similar or equivalent work experience,
  • 3 – 5 years work experience in technical writing of content / documentation in the software,
  • You should be familiar with Technical Modelization, Structured Writing, Modular Content, and Standardization of Content.

Front-End Integration Developer

Job Description

Fluid Topics transforms technical documentation into personalized content experiences that truly engage users at all stages of the product journey. Available as a full-featured Web App, Fluid Topics can also be integrated into our customer’s ecosystems web portal, embedded documentation, augmented reality device…). Our font-end integration developers make these integrations possible and easy to use.

You will be working with the Product Owner in charge of Integrations and the Web App developers. You will build reusable Web Components and enable the integration of Fluid Topics into our partner’s products and our customer’s environments. Your deliverables will be integrated into frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue JS, Vanilla JS or even PHP.

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job Description

Our customers use Fluid Topics all over the globe, generating millions of daily requests to our SaaS servers. Antidot’s SRE team optimizes the availability and the performance of Fluid Topics, ensuring a fast and reliable user experience.

The team provides the infrastructure required for Fluid Topics production, and for developers to work. The processing power originates from bare metal servers to Kubernetes clusters, from machines we buy, rack and manage to public clouds setups.

Being a Software Editor, we take special care to ensure the quality of our deliverables. This is especially true for everything related to our infrastructure, which we manage “as code,” with a suitable software process (tests, merge requests, CI/CD …). As a member of our SRE team, you will provide tooling and automate everything than can be automated, ensuring that “Run” tasks do not account for more than 50% of the working time of the team. You will design and operate high-availability systems and perform frequent “chaos engineering” tests to ensure systems are robust and recovery procedures are up to date. You will therefore not have on-call duties.

The SRE team also helps development teams to deliver value as quickly as possible. Our SREs work hand in hand with developers – we work hard to fight silos and walls. Developer Teams are in charge of their CI/CD, leveraging the expertise and deliverables of the SRE Team. You will communicate on a regular basis with these teams in order to create an “Ops” feedback loop in their software and refine the best practices.

The team follows the Agile/Kanban and Dev(Sec)Ops principles and ensures that knowledge is shared by team members.

Your mission

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play an integral role in building the foundation for our success on the DACH market.  You will be responsible for driving new sales revenue by building and maintaining relationships with a set of accounts located in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, across many vertical markets and industries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to, qualify, and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns. Engage and grow a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build and execute an outbound prospecting plan by targeting critical markets and buyer personas in chosen segments; generate new projects from booking self-driven meetings.
  • Drive inbound and outbound leads through sales cycles: identify potential client needs and suggest appropriate solutions, build compelling demonstrations with the pre-sales team.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close complex sales agreements, often requiring high degrees of financial acumen, legal knowledge and ability to respond to procurement processes.
